Job Summary
 
Responsible for the design management of the assigned project, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to formulate project schedule and budget plan; as well as to ensure the project is implemented as approved and scheduled;

Responsible for the resource management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the assigned tasks;
 
Responsible for the quality management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements, to manage the quality of project deliverables and final results;
 
Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects;

Responsible for the client management to establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships.

Responsible to creatively interpret design briefs to create concept, schematic and detailed designs and construction documentation to an international standard

Minimum Requirements

At least 5 years’ professional experience with large scale design consultancies and/or client side representative (Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position) ;

Licensed Architect registered by either the Singapore authority or overseas registered is a plus;

Experienced in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation phases of at least two of the following type of projects: mix-used planning, residential, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and public buildings;

Experienced in construction administration (on-site service) is a plus;

Experienced in either urban planning, master planning and/or infrastructure type of projects is a plus;

Familiar with government approval procedures and associated submission requirements is a plus;

Experienced in design competition and familiar with related bidding procedures and requirements;

Proficient in design software such as, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.;

Excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well with a team local and abroad;

Highly organized and responsive.

Preferred Qualifications

​Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture or related majors

Job Summary
 
AECOM is actively seeking dynamic, highly talented Senior Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer for immediate employment for the Singapore office.
 
Will be working on a range of project types, both local and abroad. We work on ambitious, fast-paced projects and value thoughtful design conversation balanced with the drive to execute and achieve the desired results. In addition to the landscape studio’s design work, we also collaborate extensively across multiple disciplines within AECOM on a host of different projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
 
Preparation of design packages from Concept to Construction Documents
 
Construction documentation and site inspection work
 
Project management and coordination
 
Participation at client, agency and contractor meetings
 
Minimum Requirements
 
Landscape Designer – At least 3-5 years’ experience in landscape design with some completed projects experience.
 
Senior Landscape Designer/ Architect – At least 8 years’ experience in landscape design with some completed projects experience.
 
Licensed Architect registered by either the Singapore authority or overseas registered is a plus.

Creative, excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.

Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, MS Office and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages

Strong in concept ideas and able to articulate into design and details.

Excellent organizational skills.

Able to work independently as well as being a good team player.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position – Senior Landscape Architect should possess leadership and team management skills.

BIM/ Revit skills will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Master/ Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design

Evaluate, select, and apply innovative urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects
 
Independently lead and prepare urban design schemes for a variety of projects with guidance from practice line leadership

Flair for design and strong graphic and illustrative capability

Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills

Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
