Role & Responsibilities
Regional Lead for the Deployment of (new and refreshed) Win 10 devices – laptop, desktop, iPhone, Mac, tablet etc.
Responsible for overseeing the 3rd party team carrying out the deployment –managing the delivery of deployment / countdown plans
Accountable for the rigour and diligence of the deployment activity making sure plan is followed and professionalism is exhibited
Being the face of the project in the local territory, interacting with the user base as required to execute the deployment plan
Interfacing with the UK and IDC based management structure and Early-Life Support teams
Ensuring close alignment with local and central scheduling teams
Previous experience of workplace deployments highly desirable, previous Win10 deployment projects or similar preferred
Technical skills desirable but not essential
Comfortable operating independently managing 3rd parties / vendors / contractors
Comfortable operating on client site and liaising directly with client stakeholders

Degree in related field
Good experience with deployment work and stakeholder management
This role provides strategic leadership of Social Investment activities in country. Shell Singapore has four key Social Investment programmes on Enterprise Development, STEM Education, Road Safety and Employee Volunteering (iVolunteers).
The successful candidate will:
Develop and implement country Social Investment strategy.
Review strategic Social Investment themes and programmes (exit, grow, develop, improve) to achieve close alignment with country and business priorities while ensuring that they support business improvement, maximise community benefits and minimise risks.
Provide guidance and coordination to businesses, assets, new ventures in Shell Singapore on corporate Social Investment programmes; and support iVolunteers on employee volunteering and strategic giving.
Provide strategic advice to the Country Chairperson, External Relations Country Manager and senior management – benchmarking with good practices externally, assess amount invested.
Ensure measurement and evaluation of the Social Investment themes’ and programmes’ social impacts and Shell benefits.
Identify and engage strategic external stakeholders in government, academia, interest groups and fenceline communities to sense societal expectations of Shell for Social Investment planning and strategy.
Build and enhance Shell brand and reputation by communicating the outcome of Social Investment programmes to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with the Social Performance Manual and Social Investment Reporting schedule.
Actively participate in Group Social Investment Network.
In consultation with the Approved Social Performance lead in country, provide support to an assigned business unit, specifically for social impact management and community/fenceline engagement. The role will also be required to provide support for Internal Communication and operations issues as they arise.
Support the Shell Eco-marathon by nurturing and sustaining interest and participation from local institutes.
Support country External Relations projects that contributes towards the Country Reputation Plan, including playing a role in country crises as a member of the Communications Support Team.
A good understanding and knowledge of the drivers and threats relevant to Shell businesses in Singapore
Capacity to work across multiple teams, prioritise competing demands and manage complexity
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with social and business impact
Can monitor and evaluate implementation and outcome of Social Investment
