Senior F&B Sales Executive
The Senior F&B Sales Executive coordinates sales of outlets for large groups and events and manages reservations for the F&B department. He/She must strive to achieve the sales targets of the organisation by driving business through an established base of key accounts- key prospects as well as new account acquisition.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the
Business Development Manager- responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Handle enquiries for large groups and events in the F&B outlets and optimize all sales to ensure monthly sales targets are reached

Ensure that all incoming calls are handled correctly- with correct information and verbiage

Input prospect/tentative bookings accurately in ResDiary and ensure booking status is monitored regularly

Drive business leads for key calendar events e.g. F1- festive- National Day- CNY

Preparation of quotations- proposals and Event Orders for all incoming leads

Manage sales lead folders according to booking status and active soliciting of prospect clients

Ensure PCI Compliance for all credit card transactions

Follow SOPs- Sales procedures & email templates created by the Business Development Manager

Site inspections for prospect groups

Initiate billing procedures- deposit payments and/or credit applications

Manage respective market segment as delegated by Business Development Manager and solicit existing key contacts as well as new account acquisition to capture additional market share

Organize regular sales calls to develop client relationships

Assist in the organizing of roadshows- wedding shows

Handle projects as and when assigned by the Business Development Manager (e.g. Mooncakes- Cafe Noel- Company of the Month- etc.)

Responsible for updating revenue forecast daily and following up billing/receipts post-event

Qualifications:

Minimum GCE ‘O` Level or equivalent
Possess at least 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience- preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Revenue-driven
Presentable and well groomed
People-oriented
Able to work under pressure- in a team and independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be a self starter- able to meet deadlines and make decisions in the absence of the Manager
