We are seeking a Business Manager, Tissue Diagnostics Asia Pacific (APAC) who is capable to act as an interface between global and countries for optimization of required support and information and contribute to the global strategic direction and tactical plans.
You will identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, programs and other business activities across APAC that will drive revenue growth, in line with the growth plan for the region. You formulate and fully implement strategic business and marketing plans for APAC. You are also responsible for guiding and leading the Tissue Diagnostics team.
You provide ongoing analysis of key markets, products, customers and competitors and work in collaboration with regional marketing and field staff to translate market insight into compelling positioning and competitive selling strategies.
You drive excellence in pre- and post-sales support; assess local training needs and coordinate training opportunities and develop strategic marketing programs to build awareness, educate prospects, create demand and retain customers.
Around 30% travel within the region will be required for this role.
