SAP SuccessFactors professionals design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting Execution, Learning Management and Workforce Analytics. They design, build, test and deploy HR and talent management processes.
Leading project workstreams in HR transformation while working alongside client stakeholders
Identifying how the HCM/SF solutions can be best utilised to meet client requirements
Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream
Managing the end to end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and to budget;
Working with client stakeholders to manage client expectations
– Basic qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in leading HR transformation in HCM/SuccessFactors
Experience in large-scale, high profile and complex SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation initiatives
Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior business/HR and IT stakeholders
SAP SF delivery experience regionally/globally, ideally across a number of modules
Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle and gained a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
