AFA Competency Specialist to oversee the competency monitoring in the organization
The incumbent will focus on assessing the competency levels of the AFA representatives.
The incumbent ensures proper procedures and robust measures are put in place to ensure AFA representatives adhere to competency requirements.
This person will also conduct competency standards training when required.
Maintain competency standards of AFA representatives
Maintain sales standards of AFA representatives through regular checks on competency requirements.
Roll out the Annual Competency Assessment to the sales force.
Enforce competency standards and remedial measures when gaps are highlighted
Ensure AFA is informed of industry’s developments and updates on competency matters.
Competency standards and Sales standards of AFA’s Representatives are well maintained through regular checks on competency requirements.
A comprehensive Annual Competency Assessment to the sales force.
AFA is well equipped with industry’s developments and updates on competency matters.
RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL)
Liaise with competency teams of the different companies that AFA have distribution agreements with.
Stakeholders of Aviva FA
Passed CMFAS M9, M9A, CHI, M5
Up to 5 years working experience on competency matters in the financial industry
Knowledge of industry competency requirements is a must
