Senior Manager- Customer Engagement – Asia Pacific (Hilton Supply Management) – Hilton – Area Office – Singapore


The Senior Manager| Customer Engagement – Asia Pacific (Hilton Supply
Management) will generate leads and account manage new and existing franchisee
and third party business| helping to drive additional scale and revenue to the
Hilton enterprise in the APAC region. You will execute negotiated contracts
(negotiate if needed) and maximize profitability through rigorous account
management therefore providing value for both the customer base and ultimately
The incumbent will generate new leads in region and convert these leads into
revenue generating accounts| engage with all aspects of Customer Engagement
including but not exclusive to invoicing| revenue recover| eProcurement
training and implementation of new accounts| account performance analysis|
implement and manage the account management strategy whilst dealing wit

client requirements as they arise. Utilizing knowledge of Procurement proces

and hospitality to identify avenues that will enhance profitability o

accounts and where necessary| consult on programs that will enhance th

revenue and offering to the enterprise in region. You will ensure that the
Hilton Supply Management (HSM) Program is delivered to a high level to all
customers maintaining integrity and transparency of the offering.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Manager| Customer Engagement – Asia Pacific| you will be
responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

_Account Management_

Manage implementation of key accounts as directed
Examine data to determine opportunities or problem areas in order to provide feedback for improvement/development for new business
Create a management plan for each customer
Continuously driving revenue opportunities with new and existing customers
Managing clients and internal stakeholders
Onboarding new clients and performing follow up duties
Researching market trends
Handling multiple clients whilst maintaining great customer service skills
Ensuring HSM knowledge is up to date| familiarity with programs and ability to engage with the Strategic Sourcing / regional procurement teams.
Travel Expectations of up to 60%

_Lead Generation and conversion_

To generate new leads in region
Successfully pitch to new clients and convert business opportunities into revenue generating clients
Cultivate internal and external relationships to propagate the revenue strategy in region
Assess market competitiveness and competition in multi regions
Devise business development plans for regions where appropriate and executing plans in region

_Local / Regional Procurement support_

Identify the need for local procurement programs where deals do not exist for the benefit of the HSM enterprise
Managing suppliers effectively to ensure revenue generation opportunities are identified
Ensure procurement programs are fit for purpose

_Data Management_

Gather appropriate data or information from all relevant sources| e.g. Salesforce | records| files| databases| Birch Street/Check| Suppliers etc.
Ensure all enquiries within specific areas of responsibility are responded to promptly with satisfactory resolution
Maintains departmental systems for filing and procedural documentation including Contracts management across all client base.
Assist with onboarding process for new clients including but not limited to eProcurement install| Supplier orientation| kick off meetings
Work with multiple data streams to evaluate customer accounts
