Planning- coordinating and executing of recognition- events and engagement initiatives and activities
Liaison between various internal departments and external stakeholders (like event vendors) leading up to the event- ensuring event requirements and objectives are met
To take on project administration- budgeting and assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
Develop communication objectives and publicity plans as neede
Onsite execution and smooth delivery of events
Assist in workplace health programs and activities- including the management of Team Member sports clubs

Assist the Senior Manager in mentoring the team for planning and execution of recognition- events and engagement initiatives and activitie

Any other duties assigned


Minimum 4 years of events experience or equivalent
Diploma /Degree in general discipline
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)
Computer literate in Windows applications (Outlook- Excel- Word- PowerPoint).
Creative individual with good project and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- think strategically and work independently
Knowledge and appreciation of entertainment and industry trends
Positive- organized and meticulous
