Regional E-Commerce Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)

Your contribution to something big
Lead e-commerce brand strategy and implement brand initiatives that tie back to the Bosch ASEAN business goals, and drive overall brand awareness, perception, engagement and preference for Bosch brand in the ASEAN region
Manage Bosch ASEAN e-commerce brand marketing plan for selected platforms across the countries in the ASEAN region from end to end, including budget setting, management and execution in the ASEAN Region

Define clear and relevant KPIs for regional e-commerce brand campaigns including branded traffic uplift, cost-per-view, click-through-rate, cost-per-order, and social metrics
Manage a team of individuals from differing nationalities which will be responsible for all local artwork creation, campaign planning and execution in their local countries
Work closely with local teams for the local e-commerce campaigns to measure effectiveness of brand campaign investment in differing platforms and formulate plans to adjust/improve where necessary for maximum gains
Social media engagement: Lead the overall strategy and creative development to build brand presence and affinity in the social and digital media space for the ASEAN region
Track and recommend e-commerce marketing campaigns/initiatives which is analytics driven to deliver remarkable customer experience
Ensure that best-in-class project management practices are employed to deliver all brand communications within Bosch ASEAN strategy, budget and deadline
What distinguishes you

Minimum degree in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing
Minimum 10 years working experience in Marketing Management or Business Development in the relevant industries, with e-Commerce working experience preferred
A flexible, nimble, self-directed, result-focused, detail-oriented and collaborative self-starter who can quickly shuffle priorities to meet the demands of the job and be comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Data analysis, planning and execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational communication skills
Good business case presentation and PowerPoint preparation skills

Support knowledge management activities in Asia-Pacific
Support pre-sales activities in exciting IoT projects, an ideal opportunity to expand on your previous theoretical knowledge by being part of daily operations and working with actual commercial projects
Practical hands-on development and prototyping of IoT solutions by integrating different sensors; working with gateways, cloud solutions and get to know the underlying software technologies
What distinguishes you

Bachelor or Master’s student in Information Technology, Computer Science or other equivalents
Good academic record paired with team spirit and ability to work independently
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Good Java programming skills as well as experience in web application development or mobile application development
Interested or experienced with any of the following: DevOps, data analytics, cloud technology and prototyping hardware (e.g. Raspberry Pi, Arduino and Sensors)

Lead a team of regional product specialists in steering business
Delivering enablers to ensure the organisation can grow sustainably in each country and business unit
Responsible to ensure a constructive knee-joint exists between Go-to-source (GTS) and Go-to-market (GTM), while coaching regional product specialist to grow towards their career/professional goals
Expert for specific product groups in the region on both the technical and commercial side and drives the activities
Responsible for turnover and gross margin over planned manufacturing costs (GM1) and operational value contribution (OVC/Profit)
Responsible for product entrepreneurship, assortment management and product technical competence in the region in agreement with the business unit
Track progress that the necessary resources (especially country sales and release and change management, data and pricing management,customer communications,technical service,internal sales and customer logistics) within the automotive aftermarket regional organisation are developed
Ensure appropriate capacity for the respective business have to be allocated to achieve agreed targets
What distinguishes you

More than 8 years of operative marketing experience or experience in marketing related areas
Product knowledge of automotive aftermarket portfolio, comprehensive knowledge of the 5P’s and their leverages in the market
Display, at all times, a customer oriented / centricity, service provider attitude
Leadership experience (also in project management)
Good intercultural sensitivity (as employees are located within the whole region)
Above average presentation skills (sales pitch) to audiences of all sizes
Comfortable to work in an autonomous, flexible and speedy environment
