Job Summary

Leading business development for environmental services for the current and prospective clients including strengthening business with our key clients in Industrial and Oil & Gas Sector in South East Asia including India. The focus is on environmental services for Oil & Gas Upstream and Midstream sectors, as well as diversifies Industrial / Oil & Gas services in the Downstream sector. This includes:

Take leadership in driving client-focused culture in the team,

Take leadership in sustaining sales growth with good clients,

Develop and maintain market insight (e.g., needs, trend, players) of the sector and bring the knowledge to assist leadership in relevant countries,

Support and where appropriate lead the development of Pursuit Plans on major pursuits

Set and execute strategies to capture new markets, and

Work with Operations and End Markets to identify and maintain advanced degree of knowledge of market trends and drivers to support growth of the regional Remediation Services team

Take leadership in driving BD activities and culture.

Minimum Requirements

Over 12 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering or environmental management with business development experience in Industrial/ Oil & Gas Sector.

Leadership and management ability, both for team building and development of business.

Candidates with proven business development and team management ability, as well as a ready network of contacts in the industry in Asia, will be highly regarded.

Fluent spoken and written English. Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin/ Bahasa will be highly regarde to liaise with respective client group.

Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and presentation) are essential qualities to successfully work on our teams with diverse disciplines and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

Master Degree in Environmental, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
