Your Responsibilities:
As the Data & Analytics Tech Lead, you will provide technical BI and Data expertise across 8 markets (Intercontinental region), through the delivery of BI related projects and services in alignment with the overall BI strategy for the region. The Data & Analytics Tech Lead will possess in-depth technical knowledge of Business Intelligence/Analytics technologies including Big Data, Machine Learning and Visualisation solutions, and the associated data governance practices. In addition, the role requires a deep understanding of project management standards, both traditional waterfall and Agile, as well as solid functional knowledge of Customer engagement, Multi-channel marketing and Commercial Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Leverage strength and depth of BI technology skillset to help shape the Intercontinental BI Strategy in line with industry best practice analytical maturity models, seeking to provide GSK Pharma with a strong competitive advantage in the analytics space
• Design fit for purpose regional BI architecture incorporating key technologies across the data layer, visualization layer and in the advanced analytics (AI) space, ensuring alignment to regional and global BI strategies
• Collaborate with Regional Business Insights and Data leads to scope, design and deliver new BI requirements including innovative analytics experiments (Proof of Concepts and pilots) to help shape future strategy for the region
• Develop a robust adoption plan for the BI tools and solutions across the region, working with the regional business BI & Data leads and LOC BI & Tech teams to build capability and embed the changes
• Contribute to the definition, operation and continuous improvement of BI and Data governance processes across the region, striving for simplification and standardization
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders across Regional Commercial Operations team, Market Tech teams, Market Business Insights analysts, Global technical delivery teams
• Deliver Qliksense data models and visualisations in alignment with User Stories / User requirements, either through hands-on development or via engagement of third parties
• Identify opportunities for improvements to the ways in which we embed usage of our BI tools across the region
• Manage BI project governance, plans, deliverables, resources, budgets, contingency plans, risk mitigation and issue management to drive project outcomes across the region

As a Recruitment Manager, you will deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment experience for business stakeholders as well as candidates, both internal and external. Part marketer and part recruiter, you will represent and promote the GSK employer brand and drive innovative sourcing strategies to deliver the best talent to the organization.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles across business functions and levels. This includes, developing and implementing a recruitment strategy, initiating sourcing channels, taking part in and facilitating candidate assessments, as well as the offer management and onboarding process.
• Proactively engage business leaders to develop business intimacy and become a trusted adviser on recruitment strategy and external market insights.
• Identify and clarify the hiring needs, including diversity requirements, and establish how Recruitment Services can support and meet those needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive and diverse talent to GSK as well as pipelining candidates for future positions.
• Remain up-to-date on latest recruitment technologies, making recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives and advise client groups of latest resources.
• Contribute to GSK employer brand by developing and posting engaging content through social media platforms.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience both offline and online to specified standards of candidate care, supporting the GSK brand.
• Proactively engage cross functional and HR colleagues with a view to continuously improving the recruitment process and hunting down causes of complexity.
• Support hiring managers in the delivery of recruitment process; coach and develop line managers around recruitment process.
• Manage use of external vendors where appropriate.
