Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Ensure that all administration work related to Sales Department (priority) is handled with efficiency, accuracy, in a timely manner and meet all dealings without excuse.
Attend to walk-in enquiries and conduct site inspection.
Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
Keep well informed and well coordination about he operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Concierge, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc).
In the absence of the Sales Manager, ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency.
To assist in preparation of S&M in-house and corporate events.
To perform new duties as and when assigned.
We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous PMS experience an asset.
1 -2 years relevant experience in service/hospitality industry.
Excellent, polite and persuasive communications skills.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
