You will have:

Experience in business analysis with emphasis on business intelligence- data warehousing and advanced analytics projects.
Experiences working with SQL
Knowledge of Business Intelligence design principles and BI tools like Microsoft BI tool stack (SSIS- SSAS- SSRS)- Tableau- etc.
Strong analytical- problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a dynamic- fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision.
A strong analytics background- good oral and written communication- problem solving- teamwork and consensus building skills.
Command skills to tackle tough challenges and face adversity head on.

## Desired Skills:

Experience in dashboard and reporting design using Tableau- Microsoft Integration Services- Analysis Services or Reporting Services- Data Science.
Knowledge in supply chain management and/or business intelligence.
Experience in SAP ECC- APO- BW and/or Hana.

## Education

BA/BS Degree in Business with an emphasis on Business Intelligence or Supply
Chain- Information Systems / Information Technology- Computer Science or
related field of study

CBRE seeks an IT savvy analyst with a passion for incredible user-centric
design and a desire to leverage the latest technology in the real-estate
industry to create and lead immersive virtual tours of real estate- geographic
and mapping data- relying on your software finesse and multimedia skillset.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in technology requirements
analysis- working with the front end of the business and/or sales teams. Your
ability to translate these requirements into multimedia-based deliverables on
our customized platform will be key to your success at CBRE. Those with

strong background in tools such as the Adobe- Geospatial or Autodesk softwar

suites would be well suited to this role.

_This platform is an immersive visualization tool that allows for 3D
geospatial flight in a large-format viewing environment. It combines Google
Earth imagery- video/graphics overlays- 3D renderings and pre-programmed
flight paths to create a dynamic presentation experience._

Key Responsibilities:

Be a champion for the customer; Support and Coordinate customer requests from requirement to delivery on key real-estate software projects
Thrive on delighting your users; this role will require someone who’s both happy creating digital content and leading user groups using- learning and training on a software platform.
Partners with the marketing design team to create customized- client-branded graphics for use in business development presentations in Liquid Galaxy.
Partners with research and sales professionals to get appropriate content as well as perform content updates as necessary.
Demonstrates Liquid Galaxy to internal and external clients
Support and Coordinate the Testing Lifecycle on allocated projects
Work with the local and regional IT Directors to ensure all high-level projects are communicated and tracked effectively in region
Provide Operational- Technical and Strategic advice to stakeholders on technology and future initiatives
Elicit- collate and analyze feedback on new Systems and tools for review by stakeholders
Helps troubleshoot technical issues as needed
