Job Purpose

The selected candidate is required to take on the role of the Technical Biz Analyst in WMS, CASA and/or Loans.
Key Accountabilities
To be the point of contact for the business for initiatives.
Take on the role of Tech BA in a scum team.
Work with development, testing, production support and/or vendor teams on functional requirements.
The new hire will support a portfolio of applications in the above areas with the following key responsibilities:

Main focal point with Business Unit and Development/Vendor teams on initiatives – from conceptualization to implementation.
Validate/Clarify user stories/requirements.
Participate in review of system design.
Work with user, development and production support team for implementation activities.
At least 6-8 years’ experience in CASA, Loans and/or WMS as a business analyst.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in project management will be added advantage.
Familiar with Finacle, JBoss, Java, Apache Tomcat, Linux, Springboot, Springbatch, Spring-data, Angular JS for UI.
Familiar with modern application design using micro-services and use of CI/CD tools such as GIT, JIRA.
Have track record of successful implementations using these technologies.
Previous hands-on experience in coding using these technologies would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Contribute to a continuous improvement program to ensure optimization.
Embed risk culture; strengthen compliance and coverage incl. onboarding, transaction monitoring.
Ensure that the analytical process especially those impacting rules/systems change are properly documented and approved by the relevant parties as part of the governance process.
Work with customers from user requirements to FSD review, data mapping, development, testing, implementation, post implementation performance tracking and support.

Delivery of reports, timely trend and perform analysis on key business drivers- monthly, quarterly or ad hoc basis.
Support and ensure that all audit or regulatory requirements are met.
Work with various stakeholders regionally where DBS presence including technology.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting or like industries.
AML/Sanction/KYC/Watchlsit/Risk related knowledge preferred but not a must.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with good problem-solving skills.
Commercial acumen supported by a data driven mindset.
Working experience in SAS or SQL. Experience in R and/or Python is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in complex projects spanning IT, Analytics and Business areas.

The Deutsche Bank CISO organization is looking for an experienced DLP Analyst
Adhering to internal and external policies, the role is required to identify and assess technical and personnel security breaches within a heterogeneous business and technical landscape. This will include working with a variety of technologies and business groups to detect, assess and document the escalation of security alerts and consequence management.

Additionally, role will require cooperation with control functions as well as business to identify information that needs to be protected and controls that are best suited to address that requirement.

The work will also involve utilising vendor cloud solutions, bespoke Deutsche Bank control applications and supporting the development of team tasks, such as the continual assessment of preventive and detective controls.

Role and Responsibilities:

Analyse and access incident information by reviewing documents based on a principle approach by using systems to find and review all relevant incident data.
Validate on a case-by-case base to the best of your ability and judgment what are the next steps and thereby following a described process in key operating procedures e.g. escalation, resolution etc.
Co-operate with Control Functions and Business during the investigation process
Documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
Analysis of current process description from the operational perspective and proposing improvements for greater efficiency.
Co-operate with control functions to understand regulatory requirements and applicable laws.
Co-operate with business and control functions to identify sensitive information that needs to be protected. Perform analysis and suggest suitable controls; gather and prepare business requirements for the control development.
Skill and Experience:

Preferably 3-5 years of experience in one of: Compliance (including monitoring), DLP, Risk, KYC etc
Experience in a business analyst role
Good understanding in business related information.
Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Meticulous and self-motivating
Possess good judgment and able to make sound decisions promptly
Strong communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Skills (Recommended):
