_Responsibilities directly related to the role_

Understand the setup and operations of Residences| focusing on the following :

Role of Management Office

Role of Residential Services Team

Other stakeholders and their respective roles

Content of the St. Regis Residences Handbook

Facilities within the Residences

Car park setup and operations

Supper Club Resident Card benefits and policies

Sound knowledge of the functions and operation of on-premise systems and equipments

Ensure to be well-groomed and well-spoken at all times.

Meet with previous shift Doorman/Porter and Concierge to review daily activities and follow-up actions needed| consulting MRS for sensitive or uncertain matters

Legibly assisting to document all pertinent information in Residential Concierge Daily Log and act on outstanding follow-ups diligently

Ensure accurate| factual and concise input of all records and logs

Take| record and relay all messages accurately

Familiarize self with unit numbers| resident names and their preferences

Meet and introduce self to new residents and highlight relevant Residential/hotel services

Open lobby doors and greet all arriving / departing residents and guests

Assist residents and guests in and out of vehicles

Assist residents and guests with loading and unloading of luggage| baby strollers and shopping bags| etc

Assist to deliver resident and guest items to and from the lobby / vehicles to and from their unit (excluding furniture and bulky home décor items)

Assist residents| guests| contractors or deliverymen with respective elevator access

Assist with tagging| storing and retrieving stored items from the respective Concierge stores

Assist with loaning and recording usage of umbrellas and ensuring accurate inventory at the end of each shifts.

Assist to monitor and direct traffic activity of taxis| limousines| resident/guest vehicles and school transport| ensuring smooth and effective flow

Work with Residential Security Team to ensure that all driveways are clear and vehicles are not parked at the driveway unmanned.

Guide new residents/guests to respective Residential or Hotel facilities

Maintain current and updated information on Residential and Hotel facilities/outlets| including but not limited to the operating hours| services| promotions and prices of F&B outlets| Remede Spa| Business Centre| Housekeeping| Laundry| etc

Maintain adequate knowledge of local attractions and activities

Relay accurate directions to residents on inquiries within the local area

Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with legislated workplace safety and health guidelines.

Successful completion of all training/certification process as required/assigned by Marriott International.

Adhere to Marriott’s Residential Core Brand Standards at all times.

Working knowledge of hotel’s departmental policies and procedures

Familiar with hotel and Residences Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures

Maintain open communication with the Residential Services Team| Management Office| outsourced teams to share and resolve resident issues| where needed

Respect and maintain a high level of confidentiality for Residents’ privacy| personal information| private activities and incidents

Greet guests and inform them of property amenities| services| and hours of
operation| and local areas of interest and activities. Open doors and assist
guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Assist with luggage storage and
retrieval. Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated
bell area. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles| including assisting
guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange
transportation (e.g.| taxi cab| shuttle bus| limousine/sedan service) for
