Management Trainee- Food & Beverage
Objectives
To groom- nurture and develop young talent for junior management positions with potential to grow within the organization and/or the group. This programme allows the Hotel to be equipped with a ready pool of leaders for future succession planning.
Management Trainee Programme
Management Trainees (MT) will embark on a 12-month training programme in preparation for assuming a leadership role within the department. Throughout the 12-month rotation- the Management Trainee will learn the basics and be rotated within the different positions/sections in the department.
An individualized development plan is created to map out rotations based on the individual`s background- experience and exposure. This program offers the Management Trainee to acquire work experience from ground level whilst gaining customer service skills and developing supervisory skills. Upon successful completion of the 12-month rotation- the candidate will be placed in a suitable management position- serving an 18-month bond with the company.

Qualifications:

or related disciplines

Fresh degree holders are preferred

Job Summary
Look into the company`s BIM Project Deployment Plan- BIM Project Execution Plans and BIM collaboration workflow to meet the project requirements
Be responsible for providing the support of ProjectWise including project setups- system configuration- implementation of workflows and states- security- design tool automation (drawing and model publication)- markups and application integration- mobile access- use of Connect Edition features (transmittals and dashboards)- and conducting user training
Work in cooperation with Digital and business line users regarding functionality and their use of ProjectWise
Mentoring and coaching of ProjectWise and other related CDE tools and technologies
Work with project teams to develop and implement Digital Delivery strategies- BIM Execution Plans and workflows and processes in accordance with the Company`s Corporate Standards- client requirements and industry best practice i.e. BS/PAS1192
Be responsible for Project Information Management Plan development- implementation and enforcement
Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) of the project- and the distribution of coordinated digital documents to the project teams
Participate in project coordination and progress meetings
Collaborate with external consultants and other project stakeholders- ensuring safe and efficient handling of shared BIM models in accordance with agreed CDE processes

Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years` experience in BIM Management and at least 3 years in engineering and construction company.

Some understanding in construction engineering e.g. Building- Civil- Structural- Mechanical & Electrical

Comprehensive understanding of electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design- including BIM and document/collaboration management standards

Advanced training in ProjectWise administration

Experience working with both Bentley and Autodesk design products

Able to work in a fast pace environment and one who is self-driven and highly motivated

Good interpersonal- written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines

Professional Certificate in BIM Management or other BIM related disciplines is highly desirable
