The Analyst| Operational Excellence – Asia Pacific will assist with the
development and application of Operational Excellence (OE)| a proprietary
management methodology| customized to the Hilton brand and culture| in order
to improve financial performance through process re-engineering of business
processes across all hotel disciplines.
He/She will act as an Operational Excellence support to the cross functional
Openings and Operational Excellence team collectively executing processes
that ensure on-time| on-budget and on-brand hotel Openings and that facilitate
the achievement of optimized trading performance through Operational
What will I be doing?
As an Analyst| Operational Excellence – Asia Pacific| you will be responsibl
for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Support the maintenance and sustainability of OE once live at properties| as well as the roll out to additional properties with a focus on the provision of analytical insight to both the VP and Manager of OE APAC.
Manage the Labour Management Systems (LMS) databases as available across participating Asia Pacific hotels.
Ensure the vitality of the LMS via assisting with performance monitoring against established standards and benchmarks.
Provide administrative| operational and technical support to hotel based Property Consultations| Implementations| Performance Audits and the OE Sustainability Program.
Engage in various capacities on the wide ranging initiatives/projects that OE will pursue on an Area| Regional and individual hotel basis as opportunities present.

successfully fill this role| you should maintain the attitude| behaviors|
skills| and values that follow:
Four (4) year Bachelor|s degree or comparable work experience
Two (2) years of hospitality industry experience
Two (2) years of experience in creating and handling of complex financial and analytical data including variance analysis| ratio analysis| margin analysis and key performance indicators.
Ability to travel as required.
Expert in Excel| Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Able to demonstrate a preparedness to manage a workload which is quite variable in terms of responsibility and complexity.
