Consultant, Sales Leasing/Finance

Work with sales organization (global, local, indirect) to structure and close transactions. Complex deals would require leadership skills to engage Legal, Tax, Accounting, FSS, external funders to bring a deal to closure.
Build and improve relationships with funders and partner with funders and resellers to procure client business
Maintain proper system records on leases and lead cross-functional teams to devise improvements to existing systems and processes.
Leads cross-functional teams domestically and/or globally that encompass a variety of technical specialties across leasing/finance requiring broad integration and product knowledge.
A significant contributor to senior leadership in the development of key initiatives that provide high-level results to improve business processes and customer service delivery
May manage through subordinate leaders the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and team members
Demonstrated strong people management and command skills
Ability to lead organizations and lower-level leaders
Strong ability to design and drive strategic initiatives
Strong leasing/finance understanding
Familiarity with SAP, Gii quoting and order processes an advantage
