A Director of Food and Beverage with Conrad Hotels and Resorts oversees the
food and beverage operations of the hotel as well as the development of Team
Members performing the Food and Beverage roles to ensure exceptional Guest
Experiences.

What will I be doing?

Asa Director of Food and Beverage| you will be responsible for all
F&Boperations within the hotel and are expected to achieve the highest
standardsin quality and service when performing the following tasks:

Ensure consistent brand service standards aredelivered in every area

Evaluate levels of Guest Satisfaction with a focus oncontinuous improvement

Review guest feedback and identify opportunity areasto meet & exceed guest expectations

Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build therange and quality of food and beverage; ensuring the hotel is competitive inthe local market with its F&B offerings

Optimize sales and contain costs| identifying anyareas for action

Drive commercial awareness within the team to ensurepromotions| activities and upselling incentives are in place

Set achievable budgets and other short and long termfunctional goals

Provide effective leadership to the food and beverageteams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and for TeamMember development goals

Ensure continuous training takes place within thedepartment to ensure required skills are obtained and met

A Director of Food and Beverage serving Hilton WorldwideBrand hotels and
vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests andworking with our Team
Members. To successfully fill this role| you should possessthe attitude|
behaviors| qualifications/skills and values that follow:

A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

In-depth knowledge of the hotel| leisure| and/orservice sector

A proven track record of success in Food &Beverage

Demonstrated commercial capability to deliver profit|control costs and build customer loyalty

Exceptional communication skills and the leadershipcapability to create a winning team

International experience would be beneficial
