JOB SUMMARY
Regional Director- APAC SCM Leader (Singapore based) – Project Management
(PJM). This person will work to develop and lead the sourcing strategy for the
APAC region. The successful candidate will also work closely with Global Vice
President of Strategic Sourcing to ensure that PJM’s strategic supplier
partnership program- FUSION- is designed for accelerated category expansion in
2019- and alignment with overall global supply chain strategy. The successfu

candidate will also work closely with Project Management (PJM

internal/external CBRE stakeholders to link their efforts to th

implementation of the CBRE enterprise supply chain transformation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Building strong relationships with various business line leaders (Advisory- GWS- Property Management- and etc.)- and ancillary internal/external CBRE stakeholders
Developing category/program strategy in support of CapEx good/service needs- and staying abreast of supply market dynamics within region
Staying relevant with current trends and best practices in sourcing/supply chain
Communicate- and build cross-functional supply chain strategy within project management
Manage and coach category managers- and other team members- and mentoring
Prioritize competing needs- and dealing with ambiguity
Ensure that all procured goods/services meet supplier quality standards and specifications established at the lowest cost- but represent a best-value outcome
Develop and track supplier performance program (SQE- KPI|s- Metrics- QBR|s- etc.)
Work closely with preferred FUSION supplier-partners focused on the best client outcomes and CRM/SRM methodologies
This position is needed to help evolve and transform project management’s FUSION supply chain- and to ensure that our program is in alignment with the overall CBRE supply chain sourcing strategy from an enterprise perspective
Travel: 20% or less

Broad experience of indirect CapEx-focused sourcing categories (General Contractors- A/E Firms- Flooring- Roofing- Electrical- Fixtures- Furniture- and etc.)
Experience in having worked in the APAC region
